Lyn modelled for me in pursuit of some extra practice with my Heirloom sessions and she was absolute magic in front of my lens. The idea behind an Heirloom session is to celebrate you as a person, a women, the good, the bad, the beautiful and with all your flaws, self-consciousness showing for the pure joy of being captured for your daughters and sons to one day remember you just as you are. THIS is the person that they see and love every day, regardless of how you feel about yourself, and I feel it’s important for us, all of us, to look at ourselves through the eyes of that love every now and then.
