When you need something to break the intensity of a full days work, it might seem a little insane to do some MORE work, but that’s how I roll! I had the idea to play a bit with photographing some twinkling lights as the festive season is already knocking on our doors … and since I knew of an adorable little cherub who’d be perfect for the idea I asked the lovely Mika family if I might have the chance to photograph their little Izzy. I am very grateful they obliged.
Izzy’s dad, Joy, is one of those rare breeds of people who, even through the smallest crossing of paths, has managed to leave a lasting impression on me. Of course, I can only imagine that it similarly it would take an awesome woman to turn his head and as I look forward to getting to know the whole family better I am sure I’ll come to know this of Lisa.
Thanks again Mikas for a delightful morning ‘express session’, I really appreciate it. Enjoy!
